You have 14 days to return Zaimu and get all your money back. No questions, and you do not have to waive anything to use the app.
How long you have
14 calendar days from the day of purchase (or from subscribing to Pro). It is enough to tell us before the period ends.
How to withdraw
- Write to contacto@zaimuapp.es from the email used for the purchase, saying «I withdraw from my Zaimu purchase» and, if you have it, the order number. You may also use the model form below.
- We confirm receipt and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy.
- The licence key is deactivated.
Refund
We refund the full amount you paid, taxes included, without undue delay and at most within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. Lemon Squeezy issues the credit note or refund receipt. For a Pro subscription, if you withdraw within the period the first payment is refunded in full.
After the 14 days
One-time purchases are not refunded unless the law requires it (for example for lack of conformity) or we decide to as a goodwill gesture. You can cancel Pro at any time so it does not renew.
If Zaimu does not work as described
In addition to withdrawal, you have the rights under the statutory guarantee. Write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
